Most of the times, we will be able to fix your device. But if we can’t, we will be able to tell you. Usually we can diagnose the device on the phone asking you questions about symptoms. We don’t want to waste your time or money, therefore we will be straightforward if we can fix it or not. We will also be honest with you whether it’s worth to fix your device or not. But if we come to your location and we couldn’t fix your device or if we picked up your device and couldn’t fix it, then there will be $25 fee to cover technician time and road expenses.

Yes we do fix water damages only for data recovery services. If you dropped your device into the water, or if you spilled coffee on your laptop, and you have important information on them, we will try to fix it so we can recover your data. Otherwise we don’t fix water damages devices. It is not worth to fix it because it will eventually make other problems.

We use the highest quality parts from the most reliable supplier in USA. When we say this, we mean this because we are also networking with other repair shops and we always pay attention to quality of the parts in the market. 

We get lifetime warranty for screens and 90 days warranty for other parts from supplier and that’s why we offer the same warranty policy. 

Warranty covers only touch problems:

• Ghost clicking
• Random Swipes
• Non-responsive parts of  digitizer

What warranty does NOT cover:

• Cracked or Broken Screens
• Lines on the screen
• Black dots or marks on the screen
• Broken or Completely black screen
• Water Damages

Unfortunately cracked or broken screens are NOT covered by the warranty. Physical and water damages void the warranty.
